San Diego Foundation (“SDF,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Measure B voter education website operated by San Diego Foundation (the “Site”). The Site provides factual, nonpartisan information about Measure B, the San Diego Health & Safety Act, and the issues connected to it.
This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, when we may share it and the choices available to you.

We may collect information that you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use the Site.

When you subscribe for updates, contact us or otherwise submit information through the Site, we may collect:

San Diego Foundation does not sell your personal information.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, maintain appropriate business records and protect our rights.
Email subscriber information may be retained as part of San Diego Foundation’s broader communications database after the November 2026 election unless you unsubscribe or request deletion where applicable.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under age 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If we learn that we have collected such information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
